Pre-Dispatch Cancellations

Changed your mind? If you request a cancellation before your order is dispatched, we will issue a full refund in the form of store credit equivalent to your order value.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

To qualify for a return or exchange, you must initiate your request within 24 hours of order. Please reach out to our dedicated support team immediately at vaasayati@vaasayati.com

The item must be returned to us in its unused, original condition and packaging. Following successful verification, we will promptly arrange for a replacement or store credit.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To ensure a fair and transparent verification process, a complete, continuous, and uninterrupted unboxing video is strictly mandatory for all return, exchange, damage, or discrepancy claims.

Your video must clearly capture:

The intact outer packaging
The shipping label
The live unsealing process
The exact condition of the product

Absolutely no claims will be entertained or accepted without a valid unboxing video, under any circumstances.

Please note: Claims will not be accepted if the damage is a result of customer misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

Our Refund Policy

Please note that Vaasayati does not offer monetary bank refunds. Approved returns are fulfilled via store credit.

Processing Timelines

Once your returned package reaches our facility and passes our quality control inspection, your return, exchange, or store credit will be fully processed within 5–10 business days.

Final Disclaimer

Vaasayati reserves the exclusive right to approve or reject any return, exchange, or refund request following a thorough inspection and verification. We encourage all customers to review product details carefully before ordering, as our policies are strictly enforced without exception.
