Damaged or Incorrect Shipments:

The item must be returned to us in its unused, original condition and packaging. Following successful verification, we will promptly arrange for a replacement or store credit.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To ensure a fair and transparent verification process, a complete, continuous, and uninterrupted unboxing video is strictly mandatory for all return, exchange, damage, or discrepancy claims.

Your video must clearly capture:

The intact outer packaging
The shipping label
The live unsealing process
The exact condition of the product

Absolutely no claims will be entertained or accepted without a valid unboxing video, under any circumstances.

Please note: Claims will not be accepted if the damage is a result of customer misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
